What I've been doing

August 2024 — now

Implementation Consultant, Fast Enterprises

I currently own a stake in the day-to-day evolution of large state government platforms on Georgia’s vehicle and driver services system, and have collaborated on Colorado, California and Puerto Rico tax software development. Agency experts and business analysts bring me the problem: an edge-case bug, a legislative change, or a process that needs to be simpler. I reproduce it, scope the fix, and ship it as code or configuration through continuous CI/CD releases.

January 2024 - August 2024

Business Systems Analyst (Contract), Yusen Logistics

Defined and documented requirements for EDI, CargoWise (TMS) and WMS integrations across national warehouse operations. Designed process automation and reporting that cut manual handoffs by 30% and improved real-time shipment visibility. Led test cycles and trained end users so the new integrations were adopted.

December 2021 - January 2024

Integrations Coordinator, Bergen Logistics

Owned API and EDI (X12) integration design between SCALE (WMS), ERP and e-commerce platforms including NetSuite, SAP and Shopify. Evaluated each client’s systems to recommend the right architecture and speed up onboarding. Served as the technical contact for client IT teams, pre-sales technical contact, internal technical trainer, and cut integration downtime by 25%. Wrote the integration documentation and runbooks the team used to support a growing client base and train junior staff.

Verdantry - Botanical Diary with Care Reminders

React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Vercel, Framer Motion, Lucide React

Verdantry is museum-inspired digital botanical collection for cataloging and caring for plants. It combines specimen records, botanical illustrations, collection organization, care reminders, search and filtering, authentication, cloud synchronization, and collection sharing in an archival interface designed to feel more like a botanical registry than a conventional plant-tracking app.
